The State wrestling championships went super smooth. This the second year in row we've went. There are tons of restrooms and vendors stations available. Security is great. Lots of parking.

1st time here for the OAC wrestling tournament and loved it! Very nice arena, lots of space comfortable seating . So many food options, clean bathrooms, great security. Everything felt very organized so the lines keep moving .

Went there Thursday through Saturday for the hockey games very dirty a lot of dust and trash around the seat. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and the bathroom lights didn't work had to use my flashlight on my phone to go to the bathrooms. Food price were outstanding and the youngstown phantoms hockey store didn't have anything to buy. When waiting to go into the arena the announcements was no noise makers but you have people bringing drums trumpets cow bells and horns that is not fair at all. Your fans are very rude and disrespectful to people that travel to come see the other team that is playing. There were bugs and mouse crap on the floors of the bathrooms also. Your glass should be cleaned better couldn't see very well the game because the glass was very dirty. Chairs were very uncomfortable. Your chuck a puck is ridiculous you had more then one pick on the banners and you pick and choose who you want to win which is not right. Probably will not be back to this arena because of how I was treated by your security and staff and the fans.

The arena was decent. The parking was 20 dollars to park in their lot. Getting in and out wasn't bad. The view from the seats were good. It did feel a bit cramped. The sound system was good. It was hard to understand what they were saying several times during the event but I've felt with a lot worse. The food was good. The prices were what you would typically expect for an event in an arena. They accept card or cash. They had some smaller booths with various items, and the normal concession stands that are built into the area. Those were operated by volunteers. Which is a great idea because the tips went to their organization, but i felt like it really slowed down the service. The concession stand was on the opposite wall and had multiple lines. The only problem was the lines stretched almost to the other wall in the concourse. So you have people waiting in line and other people trying to walk down the concourse to seats etc. So you would get bumped into quite a bit. The event wasn't sold out, so hopefully when it's a packed house the issues I mentioned are better. I would go back to the Covelli Centre again.

I went inside the Covelli Centre for the first time tonight, and I was in awe on just how clean the place was and how handicap accessible it was. There are signs in braille for the blind and visually impaired to use, and it has a very strict no alcohol and tobacco allowed policy. As for concerts, l've never been to one, but I hope to someday. Security: Very highly guarded and they do conduct bag checks. Crowd: Very crowded when it comes to concerts and other huge events. Price: Check the website for the event or events you will be going to, because the prices will vary from time to time. I’ve also heard that it costs $20 just to park a vehicle, but is this true? $20 just to park a vehicle is just a waste of time and money, and you are much better off just having Lyft or Uber to take you here.
